Q- Do I need to remain home while you clean?
A-No you do not have to remain home while cleaning is in progress.
Most clients let us in, and we lock up when finished.

Q- How do I prepare for a home clean?
A- For the best clean, remove clutter so that all areas get reached

Q- How about "Harry" our dog?
A- It's best to keep "Harry" confined, unless he's a couch potato

Q-What supplies do I need?
A- None! Verdant Earth has researched and tested all our products.
We use the finest aroma therapeutic "green" products available.

Q- How do I book an appointment?
A- Verdant Earth is a small, customer oriented company.
At least 2 days notice is suggested, to avoid our wait list.

Q- What about cancellations?
A- We ask that you please give us a 48 hour notice. If no notice is given, there is a $30 fee***
* Unforeseen EMERGENCIES are the exception

Q- How can I pay for my services?
A- You can pay with cash or check
